Gunbuster/Diebuster Films and Concept Cars in GitS:SS

I found out these pieces of news quite a while ago, unfortunately I kind of forgot about this blog and so I am placing them on here a bit late.

The first is that, with the ending of the Diebuster OVA being shown in Japan in less than a month (the 25th of August I believe), it has been anounced that a film version of both the Gunbuster and Diebuster OVA are being made to be shown in cinemas. Although extremely doubtful that it will make large screens here, I would imensly like to see the giant gunbuster on one. I assume that they will just be a 2hr cut from the OVA's, which personally I don't think will work as the OVA itself is already pretty short (6 eps), and will probably be more of a recap.

2nd piece of news,
The new TV movie of GitS:SS (Ghost in the Shell: Solid State) is well into production, and it has been anounced that two concept cars will feature. Both Nissan's, they seem to fit well in the futuristic world.

Although I am still attempting to personalise the blog away from the template, its not a priority. Also, it seems that every change I make makes the blog worse to view. Perhaps its just me being a perfectionist, or I am colour blind when picking colours, or both.
